Who we are and what we collect
Boba Babii and Ice Ice Babii ("we", "us") is a Sydney-based mobile bubble tea and ice cream catering business. When you send us an enquiry through this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, event date, time, venue and address, the package and flavours you are interested in, and any notes you add. We collect this information so we can prepare your quote, plan your event and stay in touch about your booking.
How we use and share your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and invoices, organise your custom stickers and run your event. Your enquiry is stored in our website database and in the tools we use to run the business, and is seen only by Stephen and Jane. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where it is needed to deliver your event (for example a venue contact) or where the law requires it.
Photos: we sometimes photograph our carts at events for our website and Instagram. If you would prefer we did not photograph your event, just let us know.
Your choices and how to contact us
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Email boba@bobababii.com or call 0451 634 635 and we will sort it out promptly. Our website is built on Wix, which uses essential cookies to make the site work; we do not run advertising trackers.
